Lana Hall is a psychologist, author and woman on a mission to empower other women to live a meaningful, authentic and joyous life with full confidence.
Lana lives in Brisbane, Australia. She loves the beach, personal development, black coffee and peanut butter (though not together). Lana is married, with two children, two businesses and a tendency towards worrying about ‘doing enough’ and getting things ‘right’ – which was the original inspiration for her book, The Slow Life Project.
Having worked in the mental health field since 2006 and with a lifelong interest in personal development, Lana’s big vision is to give the benefits of psychological strategies and knowledge to a much larger audience than would ever go to a psychologist.
Lana has taken the best of the best of what she’s found works to promote confidence, resilience and a passion for your own life and has put these tools and strategies into a guide book that you can use to navigate your world as your authentic self, while having a ton of fun doing so! These tools and strategies form the basis of The Slow Life Project.
In this episode of The Debra Shepherd Podcast, Lana shares her story. We talk about values, resilience, purpose and The Slow Life Project.
