We'll start with a Foundation Call to clarify your communication and business goals and to discuss what you want to achieve from a Communications Strategy. Next, I'll conduct a Communications Audit to determine what is working well and what isn't. The audit will uncover communication gaps and aspects of your internal or external communications that need attention.
Following the audit, I'll deep dive into your communications and business in a virtual communications workshop. The virtual workshop will get you thinking about your business and how you want to connect, communicate, engage and build relationships with your target audience be that your team, clients or community.
I'll then develop your tailored Communications Strategy and mentor your in-house Communications Professional or small in-house team as they implement the plan in your business.
