We will start with a Foundation Call to clarify your communication and business goals and discuss what you want to get out of your Communications Strategy. I will follow this up by conducting a Communications Audit to determine what is working well, any communication gaps that may be present and areas that need to be addressed. We will then get on a video call for a Communications Workshop. I will deep dive into your business, internal or external communications. The virtual workshop will get you thinking about your business and how you want to connect, communicate, engage and build relationships with your designated target audience.

I’ll develop your customised Communications Strategy and take you through it during the Communications Strategy Delivery Call. I'll then start working with your in-house communications professional or small in-house team (virtually) as they execute the strategy.
